Orders are processed same day as order if placed before 12pm PST, or processed next business day if order is placed after 12pm PST.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $99 within the United States of America. Depending on Location of delivery, orders could take up to 7-14 business days. If an order is received from an address outside of the United States, the order will be placed on HOLD and the buyer will be contacted to negotiate shipping arrangements, but a shipping fee is guaranteed to occur.

All buyers will receive an automated email upon the steps of completion of order, fulfillment, shipment, and delivery if tracking number is provided.

If shipping back to BTN Supplements, we will not cover any return shipping costs.
